Trouble shooting guide
This trouble shooting guide focuses on the two most frequent aspects of trouble shooting:

Time outs
Timeout pre-dominantly occur, due to network settings, speed of internet connections or individual’s part-completing the form and leaving it opened for completion at a later stage. 
           
This guide focuses on the latter as well as how to report a problem with the system.
The first two mentioned are subject to countless variables and cannot be anticipated nor advised on in guide of this nature.

When completing and submitting forms, please do so in a single complete uninterrupted sitting. By breaking the process up, you risk incomplete submissions which will be rejected by the system.

Screen grabs
The easiest way of reporting a problem is by using a Screen Grab

The "Print Screen" (on some keyboards spelled “Prt Sc”) button basically takes an image of your current computer screen as it appears.

To use the print screen button - firstly work out the image that you would like to take, in this case, this will be the page on which you are experiencing the problem – this may be an error you get when you click on the submit button.

Then press the "Print Screen" button.

To view the shot that you have just taken, open WORD or any document editor and paste (right click > paste) this will then paste the screen shot that you have just taken.

Save this file, compose a new email (using any email editor), attach this file and send it through to enquiries@exxaro.com

 

BU:
Means one of the Exxaro Business Units.

Company/Individual:

Means an individual, or organization, that have submitted related details to Exxaro via the Exxaro website.

Exxaro Procurement Functionary:
Means the person, at any of the mines or production facilities of Exxaro, that is involved with the process of procuring products or services, on behalf of Exxaro, from registered vendors.

Information:
Means the details of the Company / Individual that is required to be displayed on the applicable documentation and that is captured onto the Exxaro Vendor Master Database.

Registration (on-board/On boarding):

Means the process of officially registering a vendor onto the Exxaro Vendor Master Database by the SCM (Supply Chain Management) Vendor Management Team.

Supporting documentation:
Means the documentation that is required to be handed in together with the official Exxaro Supplier Information Questionnaire. This documentation will enable Exxaro to adhere to governance and compliance requirements. This documentation could be either mandatory or informatory, whichever is applicable.

SCM Vendor Management Team:
This team is responsible for the registration (on-boarding) of vendors and maintaining / changing / updating vendor information (data) as required.s
