CHANGES TO THE BOARD

Ms Simangele Mngomezulu resigned with effect from 21 December 2009. The board expresses its appreciation for her contribution to the board. Ms Noluthando Langeni was appointed to the board in her stead with effect from 23 February 2010. The acting chairman, Dr Len Konar, was elected as chairman of the board with effect from 23 February 2010.
