Introduction
This section includes discussion and comment on the tailings engineering and related aspects associated with the
Material Properties. Specifically, detail and comment is focused on the design, construction, geotechnical integrity,
remaining capacity and management practices governing the tailings facilities. Key source data for the review
comprised the engineering design constraints, where available, as prepared by the appointed tailings dam review
consultants at each of the operations. Site-specific issues are summarised below:
